Tell us what happened
Email team@mountainbrookrun.com with what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Screenshots are welcome. In Settings → Feedback, you can copy an optional play note with the game version, device model, graphics setting and fishing state. Review it before sending. Please do not send passwords or removal codes in ordinary feedback.
High scores without a sign-up
Open Angler → High scores. You can view records without joining. Choose Share my catches to publish future released catches under an assigned angler name. There are separate biggest-trout boards for brown, brook and rainbow trout, plus total releases. Sizes are shown in inches. Your previous catches remain in your local journal and are not added retroactively.
A fish counts after a successful release is recorded. Lost fish do not count. When offline, shared releases queue on your phone and upload when the game is open and connected. A score is not a prize or a verified competitive result.
Where is my saved career?
This version keeps your career on your device. High scores do not back it up, and there is no account sign-in or cross-device restore yet. Removing the app or its data can erase your progress and score management code. Save a private copy of your removal code if you may uninstall.
Remove an online entry
In Angler → High scores → Manage sharing, choose Remove entry and confirm. This leaves your career untouched. You can also use the data-removal page. After a web deletion, the old code cannot submit catches; you may deliberately join again to start a new entry.
Help improve the game
Updated builds offer optional gameplay sharing under Settings. You can share summaries of play and performance to help us improve controls and progression. You can stop or delete sharing at any time. Read the privacy policy for details.
Testing the game?
TestFlight players can also use Send Beta Feedback in TestFlight. Apple handles that submission under its own terms. For an urgent problem accessing your data, use our email address above.
